Ashish has eleven years of experience in the area of consumer electronics and holds a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Ashish Aggarwal’s work was instrumental in the development of new audio standards. He was a recipient of the prestigious IEEE Signal Processing Best Paper Award. Ashish started his career as an audio architect where he led a team of eight people in algorithm and software development for Apple’s iPod. He later joined Harman International as part of the Advanced Technology Group where he pioneered the development of new audio algorithms. In 2004, Ashish architected an IEEE 1394-based 'whole home media network’ solution – one of two known systems in the world for network media. From 2005 to 2007, Ashish was the head of an R&D team of thirty highly skilled scientists, software and hardware engineers. During this term, he successfully led the team towards the end-to-end development of Harman’s high-end media server project line – the largest project ever executed by the Harman Consumer Group. He orchestrated the creation and subsequent management of cross-functional and multi-national teams and processes.
In 2007, Ashish was appointed to Harman’s Corporate Technology Council. He later served as Technology and Strategy Consultant to Harman’s CTO’s office.

Vinod is an entrepreneur with a unique perspective on today’s technology landscape by virtue of his background in embedded software, wireless and internet technologies.
Prior to joining Violet3D, Vinod was the founding CEO of Althea Systems (shufflr.tv) an Intel capital funded startup with a cloud based online video discovery platform.
Vinod has been associated with start-ups in the Valley and in India in the areas of gesture recognition, wi-fi beam-forming technology and mobile digital TV. Vinod was an early employee and product manager at TrueSpan, a mobile TV start-up that was acquired by SiRF a few years ago.
Vinod spent the first few years of his career at IBM, where he helped build custom compute devices including a portable PC for the US marines and a pacemaker programmer based on the ThinkPad design.
Vinod is a geek who is passionate about his music and movies which explains his natural affinity to violet3d and its unique speaker technology.

Azhakeson (Azha) V. comes with 30 years of rich experience in Product Design and Manufacturing.
Azha started his career in BPL Ltd where he worked for 22 years rising from a Product Engineer to Head R&D + Manufacturing. There, he takes pride in being able to drive Product Engineering, Value Engineering/Cost Reduction, setting-up and running of large factories, Export/OEM units and Indigenization for the Group. After BPL, Azha Headed Electrolux Kelvinator Ltd as their Head of R&D in 2004 for 2 years. Since 2006, he has been an independent consultant for leading engineering, product and production oriented companies throughout the world including HCL.

Sushil has 21 years of solid and successful result-oriented experience in Software Testing, Customer Engineering, Product Design, Development and Management.
He has designed, developed and executed end-end cycle in development, production, test and customer satisfaction cycle of software. Sushil started with Omnitel Inc. in Fremont CA as a trainee engineer and rose to become the manager of engineering in a short time. From 1993 to 2000, he held senior positions in technical leadership at AT&T/Lucent Technologies in Huntington Beach, CA where he led software development and new product definitions. From 2000 to 2008, Sushil led various engineering groups in Ikanos communication in US and India ranging from systems design to customer engineering to software testing. Sushil Agarwal is M.S in Electrical and Computer Engineering & MS in Computer Science from Ohio University and is certified in Management Practice for Engineering and Technical Professionals from University of California, Irvine.
